Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has broken his wrist, according to a statement on the club's official website.
The France international will continue to work and train with the rest of the squad in an effort to get him fit and ready to start the Premier League season on time.
A statement on the Tottenham website said: "The France goalkeeper will continue to work alongside the First Team squad to build up his fitness in a bid to be ready for the start of the season.
Our medical team will continue to monitor his rehabilitation and progress during pre-season."
Michel Vorm will be left as the only available keeper in the squad until Lloris returns to fitness, with Spurs reportedly sniffing around for other available options to cover for the Frenchman should he leave for Old Trafford.

Seeing as it's about 4 weeks until the start of the season, I'd have thought he might struggle to be back for the start. As said though, if ever there's a good time for a keeper to get injured, it's now.

I must say I am disappointed at this.
I'd have preferred that it had happened in the first minute of a game against us.

He is a decent shot stopper, unfortunately he plays for a cunt of a club, and so sorry for the player and hope it’s not a long term or career threatening injury for him, as to Spurs, fuck em.

Always feel uneasy celebrating a bad Injury to a player, just doesn't sit right with me.
